Planning

Having recently secured planning permission for a 1020MW combined cycle gas fired Power Station on 42 acres at the North Tees Site Impetus are exploring further energy based opportunities benefiting from synergistic operations at the Site.

Synergistic Opportunities

• Up to 100te per hour of 45 bar steam will be available on the North Tees Site
• Diversion of in excess of 500,000te of waste per annum could be made available for new technologies
• Group infrastructure able to accommodate in excess of 1,000,000te of waste per annum
• The site will benefit from direct connection to both local and national grid infrastructure
