Acting as a single point of contact for its customers, Greenways operates a quality management system, incorporating several systems of work to meet current and prospective legislation within the waste management sector. Greenways provide detailed documentation supporting the operations carried out on site; procedures; evidence of waste transactions; accountability; trace-ability; audit and performance monitoring, and detailed summary report on a monthly or periodic basis.

By careful planning, communication and consultation, Greenways understands individual customer site requirements and structures its services accordingly; the process of clear communication with clients is paramount to the Company’s proactive approach.

Our primary objective is to provide a rapid, informative and efficient solution to the customer, allowing them to focus on their core business in the knowledge that recycling and diversion requirements are met by our innovative waste solutions, protecting their green credentials. By way of example, Greenways manages sixteen sites for United Biscuits. Since winning the contract in early 2007, Greenways has reduced the volume of waste going to landfill from 50% of their total waste output per year, to less than 10%.
