Land

In recent years Impetus has acquired approximately 800 acres of development land throughout the Teesside area, in the North East of England, with the intention of expanding the tenant base and creating new development opportunities.

This land includes operational petrochemical plants, land designated for potentially high hazard industry and energy generation. All sites benefit from excellent road, rail and port connections and their location provides potential access to existing services.
