A - Development Land ("The Reclamation Pond Site")

  • This site has the benefit of B2 planning designation which permits the land to be developed for potentially high hazard plant and energy generation
  • Land forming part of The Reclamation Pond Site has the benefit of planning permission for a 1020MW power station together with S36 and S37 consents
B - North Tees Chemical Complex Site

  • The Company has leases with SABIC, SembCorp, Terra, BP and Petroplus
  • This site is adjacent to extensive deep-water river frontage (River Tees)
C - Petroplus Refinery and Road Rail Filling Terminal
  • Approximately 140 acres
  • The land in relation to which the Petroplus lease exists consists of the Road/Rail Filling Terminal or Depot and the Petroplus Refinery
  • Petroplus has the option to develop the land adjacent to the Road/Rail Filling Terminal
D - North Tees Access Road and Network Rail Crossing
  • North Tees Site Access Road, owned by Impetus gives direct access to all parts of the North Tees complex and connects to all major arterial routes
  • The Company has a licence with Network Rail Limited (“NR”) for the rail crossing located on the North Tees Access Road
